What are Essential Oils
Have you ever wished you knew more about essential oils but don't even know where to start?
That's how I used to feel. I knew that oils could assist our family with our health & wellness...but it just seemed like so much to learn! I would search and search online for information I could trust and then not even get the results I wanted.
I was first introduced to essential oils because I had a desire to improve my health beyond diet and exercise. I wanted to find a way to remove toxins and synthetics from our house and our lives. All the toxins and synthetics that we had all around us where causing health issues for our family.
So I went to a friend’s house who had been using essential oils and little did I know how they would change my family’s life.
I got my starter kit (Natural Solutions Kit)and I.WAS.HOOKED. These oils were like none I had tried before. With Dave and I being involved with supplements and nutrition for years there was always a gimmick on the market. However, something told me this was different, even if Dave wasn’t completely onboard at the beginning. They were super potent and pure...and THEY WORKED. Up until this point...I didn't know that there was a huge difference in quality with essential oils. There is no governing body saying what companies can and cannot include in the bottle with the oils...so there is a lot of adulteration and mixing with synthetics / additives.

Dave’s Daily Regimen:

Mckenzie and Hailey: Because of the age of our daughters the also take the LLV (Life Long Vitality Pack) and follow the regimen that Dave and I do. But they also take usually take Digest Zen to help with digestive issue. They also really like to use the control bars as a meal replacement.
